Judge Sullivan Is Wrong - 35th Analysis - 17 December 2019
17 Dec 2019 - #PardonFlynnNow Analysis
Judge Sullivan is simply wrong. He's doing the wrong thing to our hero, @GenFlynn. It doesn't take much imagination to see the look of stern glee on his face as he drops his gavel. The hammer falls on Flynn, now.
2) There is a nexus of outstanding researchers and analysts who have already commenced their work of searching out every detail in this train wreck of a story. I thank them for their work and will not in any way attempt to slice and dice today's details as they do.
3) No, my job is simply to cry out injustice, and so sadly, there is plenty here to decry. First, I need to extend an olive branch to all those of you patriots who dreamed of exoneration at court. We have fought over this, countless times, the fight of friends for a friend.
4) The jury is in. There will be no exoneration at court. The way I look at it, I share your exact dream of a fair hearing, justice before the bench, an honest judge, an honorable system. But I state that that dream died in my soul - more even than I knew - decades ago.
5) With head hanging, I ask you all today to now allow your dream of justice before the bench to break. You have to let the bad news sink in and allow your faith in the system to break. Not forever. The final A in MAGA is the word 'Again.' This is a moment of lost greatness.
6) In the past, having broken Senator Ted Stevens' Constitutional rights through a false conviction, Judge Sullivan accepted accolades still granted him, as the defender of the wrongly accused. Yet the balance in the Senate he threw to the Democrats remained.
7) Today, Judge Sullivan seeks to destroy @GenFlynn's freedom. Should he sentence him on 28 January 2020 as he now threatens to do, his goal will be but one thing. His goal will be to crush the most important leader in our movement that he can. He's going for a scalp.
8) Friends, you are watching the swamp itself at work, defending itself. We now know that Judge Sullivan has always prosecuted a hidden agenda. It is only now that we see what that agenda is. In this case, the swamp has not taken down @POTUS. It must have a victim. It shall.
9) As we've discussed before, there are indeed three such victims: Manafort, Stone, and Flynn. But of these, Gen Flynn is the ultimate target. I must say again, the word exoneration is rooted in honor, to give back one's honor. Yet these three all must be dishonored, defaced.
10) The entire purpose of these proceedings has been just that, to destroy and besmirch our hero's reputation. To denude him of his voice and respect. To ensure his silence by way of complete disgrace. We will return to this objective of the court below.
11) We must embrace our own pain over this atrocity in the false name of justice. There is a key factor to hold onto as we let go over our dream of exoneration. It is this. Flynn's honor has always been 100% intact. He never dishonored himself.
12) Rather, it is the court which has dishonored itself, and more so now than we've seen before. The only thing requiring vindication here is the court and its judge. Their honor is now gone. They no longer have the standing to exonerate our hero. That's completely gone.
13) While we've discussed this many times before, it must be restated that Gen Flynn's guilty plea, to include his defense of that plea before this judge, was extorted from him. He bent but did not break. He mapped out the course of honor and kept his honor. They can't take it.
14) With lies, manipulations, threats, withholding of information, and with all the funding and force of the federal government in their hands they bent him to their power. He did the right thing anyway, but yes, he did plead guilty. Here too we find a simple fact to hold on to.
15) That simple fact is the vast number of false guilty pleas spread across our land that is the basis of federal power, which is to say the swamp's power at law. Just consider. Prosecution may lie. They hold that license, as @SidneyPowell1 taught us in her book of that name.
16) The result of this unlimited power is that the defendant facing the government is simply toast. The moment the federal eye falls on you, your fate is sealed already. Court is just a false courtesy at this point. It's just part of the hammer.
17) The only proof you need of that in Gen Flynn's case is this. When dropping his hammer on Flynn, Sullivan does not once address the elephant in the room which is Flynn's former attorney's complicity with the prosecution in extorting and enforcing a false guilty plea.
18) The lie here is this. Sullivan is empowered to play a game of pretend. He gets to pretend that Flynn's attorney was on Flynn's side. The dirty secret that everyone in the swamp knows is that Flynn's attorney was simply playing his role as part of the game, too.
19) Please remember that Flynn's previous attorney persuaded him, completely, that his only out was his guilty plea, and coached him over and over that he would have to defend his plea. And please remember that this is the most powerful component in enforcing the plea deal.
20) Here's Sullivan asking are you sure? Would you like to drop your plea? As if that was an option. It is a comedy in the evil sense of that term. Sullivan, Von Grak, and Kellner all play their parts to ensure that our hero falls. This is the sophisticated version of corruption.
21) Now we return to the question of their goal. It is but one thing, to crush Gen Flynn in every way. The first step in prosecuting that goal was to crush him financially, and that was completely successful. The second was to threaten his family. They know how to do so.
22) The third was to find the argument that he actually was guilty, thereby creating the space for his plea, in his mind and heart. Again, they know precisely how to achieve this. What they couldn't foresee was their failure to crush his honor and integrity. That was a surprise.
23) Now they're down to their final target. They must destroy Gen Flynn's future. They must prevent him from any possibility of high public office. They must complete the destruction of his knowledge and its reach for the MAGA Movement. Focus keenly on that.
24) What they know that no one ever discusses in public, is that the public friendship between Gen Flynn and Candidate Trump was one of the most pivotal elements in the 2016 upset. There were obviously many factors. But the other side is keen in their analysis of pivot points.
25) Projecting the public friendship of Trump and Flynn forward, they knew that Flynn must be taken down at any cost. And did they pay that price? They have and are continuing to pay in more ways than could ever be counted. No problem. His future must be destroyed at all costs.
26) Consider the sophistication of this form of corruption. The court lays its power open before its masters and simply asks, silently, what would you have us accomplish for you? No one need speak. Everyone understands. You must destroy Flynn is the silent answer. Yes master.
27) I have no inside information. I'm not saying that no words were spoken, they may well have been absolutely explicit instructions for all I know. What I also know, though, is that these instructions need not ever pass a single person's lips or be written down, anywhere.
28) Allow me a purposeful digression. My brilliant wife @KateScopelliti is the greatest story fixer that Hollywood never hired. It's a game we've played over the decades whenever we watch a movie with a hole in its plot or ending. Kate always has the best fix for the story.
29) I gave up competing long ago, but I do still have my part in our game. I'm the be-true-to-the-characters'-identities player. I embrace the identity of the roles in the movie's plot and hold the storyline to each player's character. I'm good at that.
30) Well, Kate has been pushing me, and pushing me to resolve the story of Senator Stevens' lost seat, the Constitutional breach that occurred, and the failure to remedy the change in the balance of power in the Senate that resulted. I think I've found the cure.
31) The election that Senator Stevens lost needed to be vacated. Had Sullivan been the true warrior for justice his reputation holds him to be, that's what he needed to do. Perhaps he didn't have that power himself? No matter. There must be a way for real justice to occur.
32) Ah, but there we find the rub. What if Sullivan's real objective all along - the mission he was handed and accepted - was to defeat Stevens at court since he could not be defeated at the voting booth? In that case, to vacate the election would be to breach his mission.
33) I'll come back to that in a moment. We've discussed the Latin principle of Cui Bono before. Who benefits? The most popular version of this we have is "follow the money." The problem with that is that it's too simple. Benefit can be denominated in many ways other than cash.
34) When Obama lied about keeping our doctors and our plans, but then our plans were destroyed and we couldn't keep our doctors, he benefited. Sure, he may have been paid for this, but the cash is not the issue. Rather it is his power and will that matter. There's his benefit.
35) Sure, Obama may have gotten some multibillion-dollar benefit from the Iran deal, but again, the money he might have gained doesn't matter. Rather consider the money Iran got. Now that money matters. It is paying for Iran's evil purposes as we speak right now.
36) In judging Obama's legacy; hell, in judging Obama as a man the only fact you need is $150 billion dollars paid to Iran. They are the greatest state sponsor of terrorism in the world. He gave them the money to perpetrate evil. This is simple, folks, Obama is evil.
37) We must follow the trail of benefit. In 2009, Obama and the Democrats won Senate control and Sullivan is the man who gave it to them. Now, Sullivan is taking Flynn down. The pattern is clear. It is not difficult to answer the question of who benefits. Is it?
38) We must look past the silly little political party that was once a great force in America. The Democrats are not the answer - not them alone - to the question of who benefits from Flynn's fall. Iran benefits. North Korea benefits. Every evil actor on earth benefits.
39) The best answer is just the swamp itself. The global cabal that built its vast power and reach by means of stealing the wealth of America Herself, from we their deplorables. That cabal benefits from General Flynn's fall. And it has decreed, fall he will, therefore.
40) Once again, and don't forget, it is the public friendship of Trump and Flynn that is the ultimate target of the cabal's need and Sullivan's mission in this case. That friendship, along with General Flynn's future, must be destroyed.
Don't forget that.
41) So then, what must we do? That brings me to the most frequent prediction people share with me. They tell me that Trump will pardon Flynn the day after his reelection. They also tell me that the FBI can't allow itself to be made to look bad again, so Flynn must take the hit.
42) This is the great fallacy we must obliterate. I don't mean that the prediction is wrong, it may well be correct. No. I mean that the fallacy is that normal rules apply. They don't. The normal rules make Flynn a 'bad story.' Too hot to handle. He's just one guy, after all.
43) What these advisers miss is this. @POTUS would benefit politically from pardoning @GenFlynn more than can even be calculated. I have many times coached you, imagine the power of bringing Flynn on stage at a rally, two days from today. Imagine the roar of the crowd.
44) See and sense the tears of exuberant joy flowing from every eye. The cheering and clapping, the ongoing standing ovation would be an event unto itself. Imagine General Flynn's first rally just outside a great military base. Imagine our warriors round the world and their joy.
45) General Flynn stands for every soldier whose voice has been stolen by an ungrateful nation. General Flynn stands for every returning warrior in Vietnam who was spit on upon disembarkation home. General Flynn stands for every victim of a court system gone wrong, gone rogue.
46) I say - as I've said all along - the only justice possible for General Flynn has been from we, his supporters, in lifting our voice in unison for his pardon. I say that the clarion cry to our nations' rogue courts can only come from the President's pen.
47) I say that @SidneyPowell1 must be made Brady Czar over our nation's failed justice system. We need her to revoke their license to lie. We need her to lead the way to renewing the truth of the American Way at law. I don't know if she'd accept. If not, another must be found.
48) There is no other way to command, to commandeer the attention of the courts, till now, held so firmly in the swamp's death grip of sophisticated corruption. It's deeper even than that. There is no other way to ensure our nation's dedication to Rule of Law as a true goal.
49) General Flynn must be declared innocent by way of egregious government misconduct, egregious prosecutorial and judicial misconduct. Disbarments and defrocking must occur. Only the clear signal from our great @POTUS that a pardon will express will do.
50) So, I say again, and please say it with me:
Mr. @POTUS, please Sir, and BEFORE 28 Jan 2020,
